This Privacy Policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions, which together form the complete agreement governing your use of the App.
By using Worker Chowk, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, and use of your information as described herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

Vishx Innovations (OPC) Private Limited is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, in India. We develop and operate the Worker Chowk Application, a labour management platform for contractors, supervisors, and business owners managing daily wage workers.

All data collected through the Worker Chowk App is stored on infrastructure provided by reputable third-party cloud service providers who maintain internationally recognised security certifications and operate data centres with physical, technical, and administrative safeguards. By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to your data being stored on servers that may be located in countries outside India.
As our infrastructure is hosted by third-party cloud providers, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than India. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any cross-border transfer of personal data is subject to appropriate safeguards, in accordance with the DPDPA 2023 and any notified rules made thereunder.

However, no system is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by the App. You use the App at your own risk.

Upon Account deletion or termination, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required. Anonymised or aggregated data, which cannot identify you, may be retained indefinitely for analytical and commercial purposes.

Certain withdrawals (such as withdrawing consent for essential service communications) may impact your use of the App.
If you have a complaint about how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to raise a grievance with us. We will respond within a reasonable time. Where you collect and upload personal data about workers through the App, you act as a data fiduciary or data controller under the DPDPA 2023. Vishx Innovations (OPC) Private Limited acts as a data processor in respect of such Worker Data.

By creating an Account and using the App, you consent to receiving communications from Vishx Innovations (OPC) Private Limited via SMS, email, push notification, telephone calls, and instant messaging applications. These communications may be transactional (necessary for the App's operation) or promotional (marketing and commercial outreach).

We aim to respond to all privacy-related enquiries within 7 working days.
You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your Worker Chowk account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Upon a valid deletion request, we will remove your account and associated personal data from our active systems in accordance with this section and applicable law.
